A healthy and more balanced food will allow you to lead a more healthy and vital life.

It is not difficult to have a healthy diet and life if you begin to change some unhealthy habits for others that are much more beneficial for your body.

One of the fundamental premises is not to skip meals. There is no reason to avoid any  of the four meals:breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. If you want to lose weight, do not skip any of them since you will have more appetite and you will eat more than necessary. The ideal thing is to respect the four meals and in case you want to lose weight, simply reduce the amount of food.

Another important point is the varied food consumed, which should be balanced. You should consume nutritious food that have all the vitamines and minerals necessary for your body.

An ideal weight help maintain the advisable fat. If you have some doubt as regard you weight, either if you have low or excess weight, you should ask a nutritionist for a piece of advice.

Avoid cholesterol in your blood; that is, control saturated fat excess. Avoid consuming eggs, entrails, butter, etc. It is advisable to grill the food, use vegetable oils, consume low-fat dairy products, lean meat, fish and chicken.

Consume food with a high degree of vegetable fibre and rich in carbon hidrates. It is ideal to chose different types of breads, vegetables, salads, cereals and pulses.

Avoid sugar excess. This does not mean eliminate it completely because sugar is necessary in low quantities for your organism as a source of carbohidrates. To allow their assimilation from other sources you can consume cereals, rice, bread, buiscuits, and pasta.

Avoid consuming alcoholic drinks. Since this is usually imposible, especially at social meetings, it is advisable to have a drink only during these events. In case you consume alcohol every day, you should not have more than three per day.

Avoid consuming salt or do it in minimal quantities. Salt is not advisable for your health except after excercising.

Excercise having in mind your age, likes and body. It is highly beneficial for your health. If it has been a long time that you did some excercise, begin step by step because you can be hurt.

It is proven that every person that eats breakfast, kids or adults, have much healthier weights than people that don\'t eat breakfast. Plus, kids who are overweight or obese usually eat less during breakfast and more at dinner than thinner kids.
