How to prepare sauces for meat
You can buy all these sauces in any market or candy store, but if you want your family to enjoy delicious homemade sauces, with good quality ingredients and without preservatives, we suggest you to prepare the following recipes:
Chocolate sauce
Ingredients
Grated unsweeted chocolate: 100 gr
Milk: 200 cc
Butter: 1 spoonful
Preparation
Put the chocolate and milk in a small saucepan and reduce heat to low.
When it begins boiling, mix well, remove from the fire and add the butter. Beat until smooth.
Keep it on the refrigerator. Serve hot.
If you want a more thickened sauce, dissolve in cold milk a spoonful of cornstarch.
Caramel sauce
Ingredients
Sugar: 700 gr
Water: 300 gr
Preparation
Pour the sugar in a saucepan and melt it. When the sugar is completely dissolved and golden, add the hot water.
Cook, stirring constantly until smooth.
Cool before eating.
Toffee sauce
Ingredients
Sugar: 50 gr
Butter: 50 gr
Syrup: 2 heaped spoonfuls
Milk or Cream: 125 cc
Preparation
Put the sugar, butter and sypur in a saucepan. Mix until smoothed and melt. Boil for 4 minutes.
Cool for a while and then add the milk or the cream.
Cover the ice cream with the warm sauce and serve.
Raspberry sauce
Ingredients
Raspberry: 400 gr
Mint: 3 sleaves
Sugar: 60 gr
Preparation
Pour all the ingredients in the blender or mixer and grind. The sauce is ready to serve. Keep in the refrigerator.
