How to prepare some tasteful breaded steaks

One from the most tasty and easy recipes to make is the breaded steak one, because it does not requires cooking skills and better yet, they are delicious, the budget is minimum, and the satisfaction that your palate will receive, immeasurable.

Cookware to make breaded steaks

  • A source.
  • A fork.
  • A Knife.
  • A frying pan.

Ingredients

  • 10 gr oregano.           
  • Grated cheese or cheese for grating.           
  • Breadcrumbs.
  • Salt.
  • 3 eggs.           
  • OilBeef rump (ask the butcher to cut the beef finely not thick).

Preparing the breaded steak

1- Beat the 3 eggs and put them in a bowl.
2- Add some grated cheese to the egg.
3- Add a bit of oregano and salt to the mixture.
4- Into other bowl put the breadcrumbs.
5- First pass each piece of meat through the mixture and after through the breadcrumbs.
6- The meat should get completely covered by the breadcrumbs so it is completely breaded.
7- Do that with all the pieces of meat.

Cooking way

  • Pour some oil in the frying pan.
  • Warm up the oil for about 3 minutes.
  • Put the breaded steaks in the pan.
  • Turn each breaded steak every 2 minutes.
  • The cooking time is about 2 minutes per breaded steak (depending on the thickness of the meat).

After cooking the breaded steak pour some lemon over them, this is good to release fat from the oil.
