Cuban mojito recipe
The Cuban mojito is a refreshing alcoholic drink which comes from Cuba; however, it can be prepared with certain variations in other countries. It is said that the predecessor of this Cuban alcoholic drink was the Draque drink, but the main difference is that the Drake is made of schanapps, while the Cuban mojito is made of rum. How to make a Cuban mojito
You need the following ingredients:
- 1 spearmint sprig (with 5 or 7 leaves).
- 1shot glass of lemon juice.
- White sugar to taste (2 tablespoons is required in some recipes).
- Crushed ice.
- 1/2 cup white rum.
- 1/2 cup sparkling water (or soda).
- Spoon, cocktail shaker and a highball glass.
