How to make a Cuban mojito

You need the following ingredients:

  • 1 spearmint sprig (with 5 or 7 leaves).
  • 1shot glass of lemon juice.
  • White sugar to taste (2 tablespoons is required in some recipes).
  • Crushed ice.
  • 1/2 cup white rum.
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water (or soda).
  • Spoon, cocktail shaker and a highball glass.
