How to make easy and fast desserts

Desserts are sweet food served at the end of a meal, they are a flourish. They are best for delight and surprise everybody.

Desserts are sweet temptations for children and gowns. The desserts arouse many feelings at once, are soft, light, delicious, exquisite and irresistible, no matter they are classical, or those discovery by now. But sometimes, we reveal to prepare them, because they are complicated and take a lot of time to make them, and some of them are very expensive.

How to make meringue

That is why we think about making a list with desserts recipes, which are very easy, fast and inexpensive. With usual ingredients that you surely have at home, and the ones you do not have, are going to be able to find them at a near shop.

These desserts we are going to show you, can be prepare in a few minutes, they are exquisite and also will allow you to resolve any unexpected situation. Their recipes are easy and the results are excellent. You are going to be able to lionize from the least to the most sophisticated palate.

Easy and fast dessert 1:  Banana pie

  • 6 bananas
  • 1 box of flan
  • 3 tablespoons of "dulce de leche" (sweet milk)
  • 1 pie cover
  • Raisins (optional)

"These desserts are so easy that you can prepare them with your children."

Preparation

Line a baking pan with the pie cover and cook.

Prepare the flan and before it get solid, mix with 4 mashed bananas and the sweet milk.

Put that mix on the pie cover we had already cooked; and garnish with some banana slices from the ones that did not use, also can add some raisins.

Preserve in the refrigerator.

Easy and fast dessert 2: Orange dessert

  • 24 sweet cookies
  • 125 gr. of butter
  • 50 gr. of sugar
  • 500 gr. of orange jam
  • Meringue or whipped cream (amount needed)

Preparation

Crumble the cookies and mix with the butter, the sugar and 2 tablespoons of jam, until getting a paste.

Spread the paste over a baking pan, previously buttered. Cover the bottom and the sides.

Cover with the remaining orange jam; cover with the meringue or the whipped cream. Garnish with candied orange slices. Preserve in the refrigerator until serving time.

Easy and fast dessert 3: Swiss roll with sweet milk and chocolate 24 sweet cookies

  • 1 Swiss roll
  • 250 gr. sweet milk
  • 4 chocolate bars
  • vanilla extract or cognac
  • 25 gr. of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Walnuts or almonds

Preparation

In a bowl mix the sweet milk with the melted chocolate, and perfume with the vanilla extract or the cognac. Add the butter and the honey; mix until get integrated. Spread the half of the mix over the Swiss roll, and roll.

Cover the Swiss roll with the remaining mix and garnish with the walnuts or almonds.

If the dessert is for the children, is better not to use cognac, and instead of walnuts or almonds, garnish with colorful candy.

Easy and fast dessert 4: Meringue with strawberries

  • 2 meringue discs
  • 200 gr. of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • ¼ kg of strawberries

Preparation

Beat in a bowl (on ice) the cream until it gets thickened. Add little by little the sugar and perfume with the vanilla extract. Keep beating until you get a Chantilly cream.

On a source, place one meringue discs and cover with cream and sliced ​​strawberries. Put the other disc and cover with the remaining cream and strawberries.

Preserve in the refrigerator until serving time.

Easy and fast dessert 5: Pumps with ice cream.

  • 8 big pumps
  • 250 gr. of vanilla ice cream
  • 200 gr. of sugar

Preparation

Make a hole on the pumps and filled them with the ice cream. Put the filled pumps on a source and preserve in the refrigerator or freezer.

Meanwhile, prepare caramel with the sugar. To do that, put the sugar in a pot and cover with water. Put the pot on the fire and mix until it gets a caramel color, not too dark.

Take the pumps out of the refrigerator and cover them with the caramel, serve.
