Hard-boiled eggs are very simple to cook, but there are some tricks to take into account when cooking the so-called “hard-boiled eggs”.

Eggs are fresh food with high nutritional value. They can be included in a variety of meals and be cooked in many different ways. The first way and the most traditional way in which we learn to cook an egg, is the one called “hard- boiled egg”.

Cooking a hard- boiled egg is very simple. Now, you will learn some tips to cook them perfectly.

How to cook a har- boiled egg :Tips and method

  • First of all, check the eggshell is not broken.
  • Then, immerse the egg in salty water and place it on the heat.
  • Once it starts boiling, you should wait from 10 to 12 minutes and they will be ready.
  • Finally, place them in cold water and peel.

Do not cook the eggs for more than 15 minutes, as the egg white will be dark and the yolk will become greenish. In case they have these characteristics, do not eat them.

Unless you eat the eggs immediately, you can store them in the fridge for 3 days (eggs should be in the shell)

Note: The salt added to the water avoids the  breaking of the eggshell and possible leaks  in the kitchen pot.
