How to remove ink stains or pen ink spots from leather

This method, for all kinds of leather in general, should be applied as soon as possible for best results.

To clean ink stains, you should use a cloth damp with turpentine (not wet). Try to always apply a clean part of the cloth to remove the ink stain.    

Another option is to use vinegar or 90 grades alcohol instead of turpentine, in that order of preference.
